Rates: from R500 pn for 2 ppl; Min Stay = 2 nights; Max 6 ppl;
Amanzi Apartments: are side-by-side; ideal for your extended family or group! So book early!!
Discounts & Specials available: for Full, Early Payment; for Repeats; for Long Stays; & for Pensioners!
Payments: can be in Full; or Deposit 25% + Balance (min R1000); or Monthly. Full Amount Due must be paid in a month before Check-in; (Transfers/EFT’s only; No cash!);
Bookings: are RESERVED if payment is received within 24 hours & CONFIRMED if fully paid at least a month before Check-in Date; otherwise it may be forfeited!
AdminFee (once-off): for Key Handover & Initial Clean-up; (Cash only! Extra for after hours & holidays);

Time: 2pm-5pm;
Departure Time: 9am

Cancellations
before Arrival Date:
by 3 months or more- full
refund
less AdminFee R100;
by 1-3 months- 50% refund or retained
for next Booking;
by less than 1 month- sorry, no
refund!
Key Collection: Only by the booked Guest after showing your ID or Driver's Licence; No Agents or Transfers allowed.
Parking: One secure undercover parking per apartment. Parking for extra vehicles or trailers available from the Building Manager at cost (Book from June for Dec Holidays!).
NOTE:
1. Sorry, no pets allowed (as per Building rules);
2. No Drugs, No Smoking, & No Disturbing Behaviour Allowed;
3. Additional Daily Cleaning & Loan Towel Sets (1 Hand + 1 Bath Towel per set) may be available from our Agent at your cost;
4. Don't forget to bring your own Toiletries, Beach Towels & Braai Stuff;
5. Guests take full and sole responsibility for themselves, their goods, the apartment and its contents and indemnify the owner and agent for any loss or damage that they may incur while staying at the apartment.
